The Useful by Friday name, the usefulbyfriday.com domain, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Useful by Friday or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Service or its contents, any derivative use of the Service or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Useful by Friday has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We do not endorse or support any User Content posted on usefulbyfriday.com.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Changes to Terms
